Atreyapuram Utsavam 2026, organised as part of the Sankranthi Celebrations – Sir Arthur Cotton Godavari Trophy, is a three-day cultural festival taking place from 11th to 13th January 2026 in Atreyapuram, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Konaseema District, Andhra Pradesh.

The Utsavam is a collective effort to celebrate local traditions, strengthen community participation, and promote Atreyapuram as a cultural and tourism destination.

One of the major attractions of the festival is the Swimming Competition, scheduled on 11th January 2026 from 7 AM onwards at the Atreyapuram Canal.

About the Swimming Competition

The Swimming Competition is conducted under the Sir Arthur Cotton Godavari Trophy and is open to men and women across multiple age groups. The event encourages participation from youth, adults, and senior swimmers, making it inclusive and community-focused.

100 Metres
1000 Metres
4 × 100 Metres Relay

Each category is structured based on age and year of birth to ensure fair competition. Relay events promote teamwork and collective participation, adding to the overall spirit of the festival.

2nd Prize: ₹6,000
